I am running for the Assembly to continue my service to the community. Over the past four years I have learned how to be effective in a number of important areas. As a retired Marine, previous City Council Member and Undersecretary; I see my service as your Assemblymember as a continuation of a life of public service.
The person who will represent us as a Republican presidential candidate has been decided. As many know, I have never been supportive of Mr. Trump’s bid for the presidency. However, as I reflect upon the discussions and debates over the past year by both parties, there is a narrative that the United States is on the wrong track to success. The solution is not “Make America Great Again” with a view to the past, but to recognize our mistakes and look with an open eye to the opportunities of the future.
